"In June of 2017, I got put onto the NNH roster and was told I could release a brand new EP for the label. I ended up cranking out a 5 song EP over the course of a weekend, and eventually titled it "Authenticity and Not" and sent it over to heche via email. Some shit happened and it got delayed multiple times. At one point, I didn't know if I wanted to be apart of this label anymore and just went back to work. Around the time of my first concert, I started working on new rap again, with the intent to release my own album on my own Bandcamp instead of the EP, and had about 4 songs done before heche hit me back up and explained his situation to me, so I decided to stay on NNH and create with them...

This mixtape is 3 songs from the EP and the 4 songs from my album i was working on, mushed together. I didn't feel like the cohesiveness was there so I decided it would just be a mixtape. It was created over the span of 4 weekends spanning from June into September, not including the verses from my friends on this thing. I think it shows me finding my own unique style within art-rap.
So, this mixtape was crafted with my mind and has my ideals and thoughts carved into it. This is "fox". This is me. Thank you for listening"
